Delivering Imaging to WH

Some sort of instruction to external providers on sending imaging to WH

• Who is the audience? 

  • Internals only (try to embed imaging viewer in)? patients (can we create a page that patients can show imaging providers to help send images to WH)? GPs (more logistical information and also how to help send images to WH, or information about getting certain scans etc)?

• Can you embed either the imaging viewers (e.g. inteleviewer online) or even citrix workspace into the website

• Having a feedback form 

• Can use forms to help with either data collection, receiving referrals 

• Even using forms to create pre-filled forms e.g. hub and spoke form , interventional radiology referral forms, all the other manual forms that you need to fill in for medical imaging that's not covered by EMR - this way you can make some  request information mandatory
